Every extracted field cites its exact source span. Confirm, edit or reject each field, nothing is accepted automatically. Unsupported fields stay empty and are listed as missing.
Duplicate check
Confirmed fields are compared against the existing case database with weighted, explainable scoring. A human decides; the system never merges or links cases automatically.
Triage suggestions
AI proposes validity, seriousness, follow-up and routing suggestions with reasons and confidence. Each suggestion requires an explicit human Accept or Override with comment.
Narrative editor
A factual, chronological narrative is drafted from human-confirmed fields only, with source citations and explicit "Date not reported" for missing dates. No causality language.
Medical review
Cases awaiting approval. Only a Medical Reviewer can approve or reject, with comment and an e-signature-style confirmation. The full evidence package can be exported at any time.
History
Full audit trail of human and AI actions, and the AI execution log with model, prompt version, input hash, latency and confidence for every run.
